If Rampworth is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of a material portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.  In addition, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by/or against us, such information may be considered an asset of ours and may be sold or transferred to third parties. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to require that the transferee use personal information provided through the Services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Statement.

Service Providers

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our order forms, we use a third party service provider who encrypt’s the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Some of our websites permit you to create an account. When you do you will be prompted to create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you are responsible for any access to or use of your account by someone else that has obtained your password, whether or not such access or use has been authorized by you. You should notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
