SOME OF OUR OFFERINGS

The solutions we provide are inevitably customized for client needs, but we still find it useful to
provide solutions categories to help communicate the sort of services that we commonly provide:

+ THESIS FORMATION (FORCECASTING)

We live in an era when exponential forces are disrupting virtually every industry. For those leading a disruptive innovation, the ability to avoid disruption has become a critical leadership skill… success depends on the ability to read the tea leaves right. Get it right and you win… get it wrong and you will find yourself solving for a future that does not exist. To avoid that fate, innovation leaders need to ensure that their vision is based on the right assumptions about the speed and trajectory of the disruptive forces that are most likely to impact the opportunity (and the risks).

Our unique FORCECASTING process is remarkably effective way to identify the disruptive forces with the greatest potential to impact your success, and stress-test your team’s thinking on how they are most likely to unfold. The result is a crisp thesis that improves your ability to align stakeholders with the vision and strategy, reducing friction and accelerating execution.

+ AGILE STRATEGY (STRATPATH)

At Rampworth, our job is to help disruption leaders (startups and corporate innovators) maximize value by honing their thesis and strategy to stay ahead of shifting forces, and by building stakeholder alignment to reduce friction and accelerate execution. While we do provide some adhoc services (thesis formation / strategy off-sites / capital Raise Strategy / Tokenization strategy etc.), our preferred engagements involve a sustained role working directly with the leader & their team. We customize the specific activities to match the fidelity and cadence required at a given stage. This approach is very efficient (time & cost), rarely requiring more than a 1/2 day per month plus one or two full-day team sessions.

Here is a sample of a typical STRATPATH engagement:

  • Thesis Recalibration + Set Objectives and Strategy Framework – (full day)
  • Monthly CEO Session (½ day per month)
  • Strategy Tools – Agile Strategy + ForceMap + EDGEFORCE Forums + Force Data + Force Updates
  • Ongoing email / research activities related to the business
  • Formal Briefings (2 to 3 planned for 2019)
  • THINK SUMMIT (annual) + Adhoc remote briefings

+ CAPITAL STACK (CAPSTACK)

Over the past few years, the ways companies can access capital and get liquidity shifted significantly. An explosion of new options (including but not limited to crowd funding / public-venture / ICO’s and tokenized smart assets) have begun to radically shift valuations and liquidity. In this environment, whether you intend to raise capital or not, we believe that it’s critical that your strategy takes into account both the risks and opportunities that these options present.

NOTE - tokenization is a critical element in the shifting capital stack because it impacts both capital formation and networks effects. This is already becoming one of the most disruptive forces in business, but most leaders have yet to develop an informed tokenization strategy.
