Who are the Rampworth Associates?

Rampworth associates are independent business men and women who share in Rampworth's passion for helping entrepreneurs add value and create liquidity. Despite their independence, Associates operate under the Rampworth umbrella, using the same set of information and communication tools and delivering the same products & services to their individual clients.

Far from being finished with their career, it is not uncommon for an associate to be in transition, having recently exited a venture and actively "snooping" for the next thing. As it turns out, becoming a Rampworth Associate is a great way to get exposed to a wide range companies who anticipate a capital event on their horizon. Associates benefit from significant deal-flow, from advanced training and from the camaraderie and new ideas that come from being part of such a prolific group of entrepreneurs. It’s a virtuous circle, and a rich environment for experienced entrepreneurs to enjoy the satisfaction of helping while still moving forward personally... and still generating cash flow (yep – they get paid for this).

What are the qualifications of an Associate?

If you were to profile the typical Rampworth Associate, you'd find a successful entrepreneur and business leader. All Senior Associates** have founded and/or run at least two ventures, and been through no less than two private funding rounds. In many cases associates also hold graduate and post graduate degrees (and they probably even remember some of that stuff), but frankly our selection process is focussed primarily on practical experience and proven integrity, combined with a deep passion for the entrepreneurial process.

In addition to welcoming the verification of their track record and reputation, each Associate also agrees to undergo a rigorous personal history review that is so thorough that it qualifies for the highest level of trust within the Genesis Exchange. Of course, no matter how qualified and insightful an individual associate is, the knowledge and insight provided by the overall associate group is exponentially more powerful. That's why Rampworth invests constantly in process and events to connect the associate group and share the best of the best.
