WHO ARE WE?
We’re a small group of passionate people focused on helping change-makers who are creating innovative ways to make the world a better place. At first glance we might look like consultants, but that’s not quite right because we actually work as a fractional team member. We absolutely adore entrepreneurs who are passionate about making an impact, but the more innovative they are, the more likely they are to get caught-up in perfecting the solution, which is all good, except that they sometimes forget that the company is a product of it’s own.  This matters, because making a big impact requires money, and that requires investors, and they aren’t buying the solution. It’s the innovator Super-Power. At Rampworth, we’re on a mission to help put that power in the hands of every single entrepreneur, intrapreneur and crazy-assed for-purpose leader that we can find.

WHY? because, the world has some wicked problems and corporate giants aren’t going to solve this. Our only hope is passionate entrepreneurs creating innovative new solutions… these are our people, and helping them succeed is our mission (it’s our way of also trying to help make the world a better place).

WE DON’T CLAIM TO HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS (but we can definitely help you get there)
As strategists, we’re ‘in the room’ with a lot of smart people and sooner or later some of that thinking starts to sink in. We can’t share confidential information, of course, but we definitely have opinions we think that sharing them (where it adds value to the discussion) adds more value than keeping silent. Some of our thoughts won’t mesh with your view of the world, but that’s OK. It’s not about being right, it’s about facilitating the kinds of discussions you need to have for you and your leadership team align around what you collectively believe to be true (and why).
