Who is Rampworth?

We're Rampworth, a boutique consulting firm with a passion
for helping private companies MAXIMIZE their VALUE
before they RAISE MONEY or sell equity.

Having successfully founded, built and sold multiple companies across multiple industries, we're convinced that building company value is the result of a systematic process… not the result of happenstance.  By combining our real-world experience with proven methodology, we have created a unique process for delivering the insight and structure that our clients need to take control over their company value and to engineer new opportunities for liquidity. 

Our process demystifies the value-creation process and identifies actionable items for quick value bumps, while our subscription-based advisory services provide the framework and support for effective value strategy & sustained execution (from POSITIONING and PACKAGING for funding through acquisition &/or divestiture).

How is Rampworth unique?
While traditional business consultants tend to specialize on  operational &/or revenue issues, Rampworth is focused on increasing company value and opportunities for liquidity.  While this places us more in the finance arena, there too we are unique.  Unlike the traditional finance advisors (Securities Lawyers, Venture Capitalists, Merchant Bankers, Business Brokers etc.), who focus on getting “deals” done, our focus is on maximizing value before the deal.  It may sound like a subtle shift, but the effect is quite dramatic, primarily because it aligns us squarely with the goals of the entrepreneur.  Let’s face it, there’s no real incentive for a traditional finance firm to coach an entrepreneur through value strategy, after all, they get paid to close the deal… not to build the company.

When it’s all said and done, Rampworth is unique because we help private companies take control over their value before engaging in a capital event, which increases the odds of success, and the rewards.
