the best of intentions, things occasionally go wrong … so our policy is that if
you’re not happy, we’ll refund your money*
*The only condition is that
you tell us within 48 hours of the service letdown, and that you provide us with
a clear understanding of your reason for dissatisfaction. In return, we
promise to listen without debate, and to return the full amount that you have
paid for the service in question.
